Workshop Policies

Workshops are not refundable. If you can't make it to your scheduled workshop for whatever reason, you must notify us within 48 hours and we will issue a store credit to be used for a future workshop or in store purchase.
If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, your ticket fee is forfeited. Failure to cancel at all may result in exclusion from future workshops. 
**If you have been exposed to or have COVID-19, a fever or are feeling sick, please contact us within 24 hours of your scheduled workshop.

In the event that Open Space, LLC or one of our instructors cancel a workshop, refunds may be offered.

Beer and wine are permitted at 18+ workshops only. You will need to supply everything needed. We do not have openers, cups, napkins, or anything of the like in the shop.

Open Space, LLC reserves the right to ask to see an ID for proof of age.

Open Space, LLC is free from responsibility regarding beverages.
