Host a fundraising event at Open Space, LLC, Gift Shop & Creative Studio. Raising money for your favorite non-profit organization is easy and fun. Your supporters will have a blast and you could raise up to $200 or more for your cause! The organizer for your event, gets a FREE seat!!

Here's how it works:
There are no physical tickets to sell. We handle all payment transactions through our online registration system. Your supporters will sign up directly at our website through a private workshop link.
To book a fundraiser, we require you to pay a deposit of $100 (which will be refunded once the minimum sign up has been met, non refundable if cancelled within 7 days of event). We require a minimum of 15 people in studio (we can accommodate up to 20 people in our studio space) and a minimum of 30 people off location.
**note: the deposit only applies to workshop fundraisers, and it's not applicable for the other fundraising options listed below.
We can host any project type as a fundraiser. Custom signs or signs of any type are one of our most popular projects. Upon consultation, we can discuss the project that you desire or that it best for your group. (Tickets must be bought & designs chosen at least 3 days prior to event in order to accommodate requests).
At the end of the event, Open Space, LLC will donate proceeds directly to the organization (20% for every project, and 10% of all retail sales during the event). You must provide us with evidence that you are authorized to collect donations for the organization you represent.
Workshops last approximately 2 – 2.5 hours. We suggest you book your fundraiser 6 weeks prior to allow for plenty of time for guests to sign up.

Other Fundraising Options:
Make & Take Events: A time period of two to hree hours is set aside for your fundraiser. During that period, your supporters come in and complete the project. Projects are still instructed but are shorter in duration (30-40 minutes or less) and allow for more supporters to attend in a less structured manner.
Retail Only: For groups that wish not complete a project, you can still raise funds with our shop by picking a date to send your supporters in to the shop and we will donate 10% of all sales from your supporters. The organization would receive a flyer to show their supports so they may show our staff in order to make sure the sale goes to your organization.
Item Sales: We can create a single (or multiple) item(s) and donate a percent or dollar amount of the proceeds to your organization from the sales of that item. This option is available in store or for online sales.
